Payment & Secure Checkout
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Credit Cards are accepted via PayPal (you can pay with your card without having or opening a PayPal account). All items are payable in full upon ordering.
Shipping & Delivery
Standard Shipping and Handling:
Shipping and handling charge is $5.99 (USPS Standard; within the U.S. only). Orders shipped outside the U.S., PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, and expedited shipping are subject to different freight charges.
We usually process and ship within 1-2 working days. Please allow 3-10 days for delivery (depending on your location).
If you prefer a faster shipping method, please select that option during checkout.
When your order is placed, you will receive an email with your order receipt. Once your order is shipped you will receive an e-mail with your tracking information, if applicable.
Petra Toys, Inc. is offering a customer satisfaction guarantee. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item(s) within 10 days of receipt.
The item(s) must be in the original carton and in new condition. Orders can not be returned or exchanged unless the actual freight charge is paid. Please contact us for a return authorization before returning your package.
